Special vehicle license plates honoring the Vietnam Veterans of America are available to anyone in the state of Oregon. The fees associated with these plates supports the Oregon State Council of the VVA
These license plates are not issued at DMV offices, but you can order them there. If you apply at an office, you will be required to have a DD Form 214 or 215 to qualify. These plates are assigned a random 4-letter plate number and cannot be customized.
The Vietnam Veterans of America license plates are listed under the classification "Regular Plates" under Passenger Plate Options on the DMV website. When you click on the "Regular Plates" heading you will see a gallery showing plate thumbnails.
